CITS new online service desk system is now live.
CITS customers are now able to access IT services via a new self-help portal. Our system is called Service Anywhere.
Access to the Portal is available 24/7 and allows single sign on based on the logged in user account, so a further password is not required.
Any requests you have logged with CITS since the system went live in December will be available to view in your Service Anywhere account. You will be able to log, view and update your own requests as well as access knowledge articles, search for services and check status of IT related news.

Please be aware that as of 1st April 2017 the firstname.lastname@example.org email address is longer be available for logging new requests. All new requests for support or services will need to be submitted via the Portal to be processed. Our normal telephone access Service Desk is available during usual support hours and critical systems are covered around the clock for major outages as always.
