eNotes Briefing and Demo

Find out about what could be our new electronic patient health records system.

As you may be aware, the project to digitalise patient health records (eNotes) is progressing well, with the procurement entering the final stages and a preferred bidder for the Electronic Document & Records Management System (EDRMS) has been identified.

EDRMS is the IT software solution which will enable the trust to view Patient Health Records once digitalised and replacing traditional paper health records. An overview of the project can be viewed on http://doclibrary-rcht-intranet.cornwall.nhs.uk/Intranet/AZResources/RCHT/eNotes/eNotes.aspx

In order to ensure that clinical, clerical and admin staff have an opportunity to discuss the project with the project team to help them understand how it may affect them, we would like to invite you to attend a briefing and demo to be held on 24th January in the Med 2 Seminar Room at West Cornwall Hospital or alternatively on 27th January, St Cecilia’s Lounge, St Michaels Hospital, Hayle. These sessions will offer you the opportunity to see the software, ask questions and raise issues that you feel the project team should consider.

Please see below the schedule for sessions which will consist of:

  • Project overview and update
  • Opportunity to see the EDRMS system (demo)
  • Q&A session for you to ask questions and provide feedback

To book a slot, please send an email to to cat.rcht@nhs.net (This is not mandatory however and we will welcome those who have not indicated a slot)
