A new RCHT system to simplify the way you submit travel and subsistence claims.
Following the successful pilot of eExpenses for West of Cornwall Community Midwifery, Cornwall IT Services, Finance, Eye Unit and Therapies Teams, the RCHT-wide roll out is now underway.
The first phase of the eExpenses roll out implementation for Women’s & Children’s and Corporate Services has commenced. From 1st March all Agenda for Change (AfC) colleagues* within these two divisions will be submitting all their travel and subsistence claims via Employee On-Line.
The other divisions will follow in two further phases, with all AfC staff claiming their expenses on-line from 1st May 2017. Details of these further phases will follow.
Many colleagues will be familiar with the HealthRoster Employee On-Line (EOL) functionality when requesting annual leave. e-Expenses can be accessed via the same application and is quick and simple to use, giving you greater control over your claim submission.
E-Expenses ‘Champions’ have now been identified across the Women’s & Children’s and Corporate Services devisions and dedicated training sessions have been put in place to help support staff through the implementation. Details will be sent out via the identified ‘Champions’ who will help support cascade training within their respective teams over the coming weeks.
To access the eExpenses system just click the RCHT HealthRoster EOL icon on your desktop.
